Shipping policy

UK delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, particularly during peak periods or adverse weather conditions.

Order tracking

For tracked services, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the Royal Mail website.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 working days before contacting us, as occasional delays can occur with Royal Mail. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@kultra.co.uk. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are responsible for your order until it reaches you, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@kultra.co.uk and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.

International delivery

We ship to the United States and Canada on a duties and taxes prepaid basis, so the price you pay at checkout is final with no additional customs charges on delivery. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. We do not currently ship to other countries, but hope to expand further in future.

Subscription deliveries

Subscription orders are dispatched automatically according to your selected delivery frequency. You will receive a dispatch notification for each shipment. You can manage your subscription, including updating your delivery address, through your account or by emailing hello@kultra.co.uk.
