Kultra founder Nimisha feeding a group of goats on a farm
From our founder

Made by someone who needed it.

I built Kultra because cow whey never sat right with me. After years of chronic inflammation and PCOS, I needed clean protein that worked as hard as I did. Three ingredients, A2 goat whey, and nothing in the way.

  • “Being a regular user of cow whey protein which would leave me bloated and sluggish. I switched to goat whey protein
I took it for the first time after training and I notice immediately how light it was on the stomach and I felt alert and energetic throughout the day.

  • “This product is fantastic and after the trial pack I will start a subscription. Really nice blend of vanilla, it felt very light on the stomach yet filled me up. Great protein to calorie ratio as well. Definitely recommend.”

  • “Taste nice and very light.”

  • “I have been trying all sorts of premium whey and beef protein powders in the past year ( Transparent Labs, Organized, Form) , and they all made me bloated and uncomfortable. Kultra is the first protein powder that does not make me feel bloated and heavy. It also taste nice, especially in yogurt and plant milk. Will keep buying it.”

  • “As a Nutritionist, I really appreciate the quality of this product and the thought behind its ingredients. I particularly like that it’s made with A2 protein, which many people find easier to digest than conventional A1-containing dairy proteins. As someone with acne-prone skin, it’s really important for me to be mindful of the ingredients I consume, so having a product with just 3 ingredients leaves me reassured that it won’t be a trigger for me.
I was really impressed with how well it mixed with my coconut milk. It blended smoothly, with no powdery texture, and the taste was really nice - it’s similar to a vanilla milkshake honestly! I also experienced no bloating or digestive discomfort after taking it, which was a big plus for me. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with this product and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality protein supplement.”

  • “I I was honestly pretty skeptical about trying goat milk protein powder, but Kultra completely changed my mind. You genuinely can’t tell that it’s made from goat milk, and I was really impressed by how good it tastes and how my body feels after using it.
One of the biggest differences I noticed is that I don’t get the same bloated feeling I’ve experienced with traditional protein powders that can be loaded with additives and cow dairy. It feels much lighter and easier on my body while still being an easy way to get extra protein into my day.”

  • “I have arthritis and was told to check out goat protein. I’ve found regular whey doesn’t sit well with my gut and joints. This brand has been fantastic so far. Will likely be my go to for the next little bit!”

  • “I ordered the sample because I was skeptical at first. Honestly, it tastes similar to other vanilla proteins I’ve had but in a good way because it doesn’t come with the downsides of cow dairy.”

  • “This tastes amazing!

I personally struggle with cows milk which gives me chest and back acne so I sought out an alternative. This protein powder tastes so nice and it dissolves perfectly in my shake. After about a week of having it daily I’ve had no chest and back acne, no bloating and for the first time ever look forward to having a protein shake. I would high recommend this protein powder to anyone. Plus an added bonus is it has only 3 ingredients! Just incredible! High praises to Kultra for this incredible product. Thank you.”

  • “My new go to protein powder!”
    Anonymous September 2026
  • “Tastes just like (if not better than) any high quality cow whey — minus the bloating, acne, and inflammation. Super versatile product that mixes well, it’s a great addition to my coffee, baked treats, as well as the usual protein shakes and yogurt bowls. Would recommend to anyone who likes knowing exactly what’s in their food or has underlying health issues.”
    Diya September 2026
  • “I love mixing this in with my morning coffee since it lets me start the day off with some protein. The vanilla flavour makes for a nice drink and combines well with a coffee!”
    LN September 2026
  • “This is a very good-quality protein powder with clean ingredients. The taste is nice if you like something sweet, but personally, I was hoping they would offer an unflavoured version. Otherwise, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.”
Anonymous Verified buyer · August 2026
  • “I’ve tried goat milk in the past and didn’t love the taste but this protein tastes like any other high quality cow whey so I was pleasantly surprised. I noticed that this didn’t cause any indigestion issues which I usually experience with other proteins. Really excited to make this a staple in my routine!”

Good questions

Before you buy.

Anything else? Email hello@kultra.co.uk and Nimisha will get back to you.

How much protein is in each serving?

Each 33g serving gives you 26g of protein from goat whey protein concentrate, with all nine essential amino acids, 2.4g of leucine and 5.5g of branched-chain amino acids.

How does goat whey compare to cow whey for training?

Both are complete dairy proteins with all nine essential amino acids, so the protein itself does the same job. The difference is everything that comes with it: Kultra is three ingredients, with no gums, fillers or artificial sweeteners. If cow whey hasn't sat well with you, goat whey is worth a try, but it is still dairy.

What does it taste like?

Smooth Vanilla Bean, made with natural vanilla and a touch of stevia leaf. Not too sweet, and it doesn't taste of goat. Most people can't tell it apart from a good cow whey.

Does it contain lactose?

Yes, a little. Each 33g serving contains about 1.5g of naturally occurring lactose, so it is low in lactose but not lactose-free.

It contains milk and is not suitable for anyone with a milk allergy.

How does the subscription work?

A 1 KG bag arrives every 2, 4 or 6 weeks (you choose) with 15% off every order, applied automatically. There is a minimum of two orders after your first one. After that you can cancel from your account or by emailing hello@kultra.co.uk.

Can I return it?

Unopened pouches can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For food safety reasons we can't take back opened pouches, which is why the sample is there if you'd like to try it first.
